Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy:

As a courtesy to all of our customers and because these products will be worn by babies and toddlers, we do not accept returns (unless damaged when received). We can however offer in-store credit if the product is returned to us within 20 days of receiving it and in the original packaging. You can then be provided 100% in-store credit for that item.

Once you send us your item, please email us to let us know! You can email us at whereisbriggs@gmail.com. You are responsible for shipping item back to us. After we process the order, we will then send you an email for your in-store credit. 

 

Damaged Product

We will replace any product(s) that are damaged when originally received.

Customers will need to send an email to our support team at whereisbriggs@gmail.com within 6 days of receiving their order, along with your order #, and provide a picture of the damaged product(s). 

After we receive and process the request, we will send you an email with a code for your in-store credit!
